I would like some kind of explanation why the f*cking hell this 3DS title was cancelled yet ANY of the launch titles for the 3DS released at all. This game alone was what pushed me into the "definitely going to get a 3DS" category. Seriously, what was wrong with it?! Hands down it would have been the best 3DS title period. I mean, look at it's competition... f*cking Nintendogs.

I am sorely unhappy about this.

The backlash for this decision is huge. Unless they make a new blog post saying "well, you sure showed us, guess it's not cancelled after all", I predict that they're going to be hurting from this for a while.

GOOD! I hope they do! I swear if they cancelled this to go work on Super Street Fighter IV Turbo, I'm going to shoot someone.

But DS owners get Dr Wiley's Revenge! Can't wait to see what the 4bit graphics will look like on my two screened handheld!!!

They have been cancelling MM things here and there for a while. At the same time supportive statements contradict their actions. Maybe they will shift over to the Vita. Or perhaps iOS.

If you haven't joined up as a Servbot, DO IT. now. unity dev room numbers were at 4.5k a few days ago, they're over 7,000 now (2,000 gained in one day).

Dev Room is being kept open for the time being. There's no good reason for it to still be open, so it's VERY likely Capcom USA is trying to show Japan that there IS support for this game. There's lots of rumblings from reputable people that this may be the case as well.

If you want the game, take a moment and sign up. Numbers talk. Capcom wants to say there wasn't enough interest in the Dev Room? time to prove them wrong.

I don't think the reason why it was cancelled was because there were too few people who wanted it... I think it's a bit more complicated than that. It's more than apparent that it would sell. But if that's true, then it doesn't matter if there's a huge mass of people who want it, it probably won't change the outcome.
