Let's Plays, live streams, speed runs, and even gaming reviews like AVGN's can possibly become illegal. I would explain it myself, but I think this guys nails it on the head:

To go beyond the video game aspect for a moment, let's take a look at music. Music is something that can be listened to over and over, and some people illegally download, some people actually buy the music. By taking away free streaming of these songs, yes, this does mean artists can lose money, but at the same time, this is also a way for artists to be recognized. There are some bands and artists I learned of because of Youtube and free streaming. In this way, you could hear one song on Youtube and be like, "Hey, I like this song, I want to see what else they have." They listen to more and then find out they like it and then opt to get the album, or go to live shows for the band. This can make money for artists less known. Take it away and then only the more well known bands will be recognized again.

The same can be applied to games in this instance. Sometimes, I actually stumbled across video game videos when I'm watching other ones. That can indeed promote a game I otherwise would've never known about. So, streaming music and games and what not, this can be great for business, but it can also do damage. It just depends on the means. But everything that has a chance at taking away money is looked at as bad and evil. So... I'm not for this at all and just yet another way to censor the net. Hello, Metal Gear Solid. You are indeed coming to life.

Coming soon:

PiratePlay: An illegal, underground, LP sharing site that uses BT to distribute bootleg LPs.

A sister-site, WikiPlay (accessible only through the hidden wiki using TOR), acts as an information gateway for LPers and their fans.

Soon TOR will be the world's best source of both LPs and child porn; both of which are equally offensive & illegal.

Protesters will be seen picketing the US Capitol Building, carrying such signs as "Gaming is NOT a crime" and "Shadow Moses was an inside job".

Btw, this bill is still running strong and now includes people recording themselves doing covers of copyrighted songs...

This guy's question at the end of his vid was "how far will they take this?"

... I don't want to think of the answer.

Sue. Sue. Sue. That's all anyone in the entertainment industry seems to want to do nowadays. Soon enough, FUN might be forbidden on the Internet.
