Never new there was a poster, but Deadpool and Dante was already confirmed about to weeks ago. There is speculation that Trish from the DMC series will also be in game... along with these others:

Dr. Doom
Frank West
Captain America
Felicia
Chun Li
Dormammu
Super Skrull

Those are the only 8 that I think people are thinking are going to be the game but haven't been announced.
