This year's E3 is taking place in June.

My thoughts:
Zelda Wii is going to be something to look out for.
What is the Nintendo 3DS, besides the successor to the DS line?
Can we get our first glimpse of Uncharted 3?

Is Microsoft or Nintendo going to show their first next-gen system? It's been 5 years for MS and 4 years for Nintendo/Sony, so the thought of sending out early specs is in the air. It might be very unlikely, though, since MS is having a huge launch party for Natal there. Sony's not keen to make a new PS, so that's about out, but there may be news of the PSP2 to counter the 3DS.

yeah, I fully expect a PSP2 announcement this year. They need to make sure not to alienate their core audience- the cfw users- mostly for emulation purposes. They will hopefully have a deal with all major publishers (other than nintendo of course) that will allow the sale of roms for cheap. Hopefully they will be able to compete with XBLA in this manner.

I still think that nintendo needs to settle down with how many DSs they are putting out. They have more hardware in handhelds and consoles than Home Depot. And I'm sorry, but THREEEE DEEEEE is perfect for Nintendo as THREEEE DEEEE is nothing short of a gimmick. I'm already sick of it from all the movies coming out. I remember watching the trailer for The Last Airbender and how the trailer was freaking awesome. Then I lost my boner the second they started talking about how it was all in 3D and proceeded to show shots of people throwing things at the screen as if saying, "OMG won't this look totally awesome in THREEEE DEEEE?!"

Rubbish... all of it.

Sony has already stated that they aren't looking to make a new console for damn near another decade, so I am highly doubtful we will hear a word about PS4. Uncharted 3 would be amazing, and I hardly see the need for another PSP. The ones out now haven't even reached the point were it even needs more power/space/whatever. What I would like more than anything else is to hear an announcement for DMC5 or something.

Project Natal and PS Move?

I'm looking forward to new Zelda info, as well as SMG2. Also, I am really looking forward to The Last Guardian, which first went on display last year from Team Ico (The people who made Ico and Shadow of the Colossus). The game looks awesome, and I'm hoping they announce a release date or something this year.

SMG2 is going to be out 3 weeks before E3... I doubt you'll get any SMG2 coverage.

Ah, it appears that I was unaware of SMG2's release date.

You know what I want to hear announced?

Final Fantasy V DS. And maybe some kind of hint as to VI DS as well.

I'm pretty sure they won't happen, Just like how Square Enix also said Final Fantasy V and VI won't go on the virtual console.

Oh, of course. I wasn't expecting it... just thought it would be cool if ever it did happen.

And honestly, I'm not really all that hyped about this year's E3. Zelda is about the only thing that I'm expecting and also looking forward to. All this motion sensing and such is just retarded.
