A friend mentioned to me a while back that he thought Squall died at the end. I didn't get it but now I totally get it. Makes sense.

... Well, I'll be. Whether or not this is true, I am spontaneously going to choose this theory of Squall having died early on because otherwise, we'll have to just accept that the guys at Square were on some serious drugs the night they had come up with all post-disc-1 storyline for this game.

I'm not gonna take anybody seriously that says "Eyes on Me" is a horrible song.

That, and I don't like all these random theories bouncing around. They're so dang confusing. I find it makes much more sense to take the game at face value. That, and IT'S A VIDEO GAME.

I will admit, I never noticed that "hole Squall" image in the ending sequence. It must've been one of them that flashed by towards the end.

Yeah, it's on the screen for like 1 frame, though once you see it, you can't un-see it.

lol yeah, I had the urge, too.

The game really does make a lot more sense when you think of it this way while playing it.

My love for it only grew. ^_^
