For starters, all these were full title releases. None of these were only a meer $10. If I paid as much for TIT as I did any of those mentioned above: Yeah, I'd see a reason to get bent. But not over $10.

The graphics in the game are awesome if you like black and brown in 80% of the game and want everything AS DARK AS POSSIBLE. It feels like "My first 3D game" type of design here.
This complaint kind of came out of nowhere. If you take all the games that came out last year, TIT would be one of the more colorful ones if you ask me.

The gameplay has so much shiz on the screen you can't even see your character half the time. Heaven forbid you want to play 4 player. It's a clusterfuck of epic porportions just trying to keep track. When you attack, you feel like you're hitting air. The game feels like a senior project than a real TMNT game. Hitting enemies feels better on TMNT 1 for NES.
I kind of understand where this comes from. And the more players there are, the more hecktic things get. But I guess that just comes from fully rendered 3D side scrolling beat-em-ups. I think Castle Crashers managed this just fine, but it was completely 2D. So yeah, I can sympathize with docking the game for this.

Then they went and changed all the graphics for the bosses. This would be fine if they actually took some time and cared to make them better. But Metalhead looks like some all-grey clunky douche and Leatherhead doesn't look like Leatherhead from the arcade nor the show and is just...there. Only Shredder is good and Krang/Baxter are decent.
Um... what? I thought all the bosses just just fine. The only ones I didn't like were the ones that came from the arcade version like that replacment dude for Slash. Though I think that Slash would have been much more difficult. I hated that guy.

The worst offense of all time is what they did to the music. I heard that there was a rights thing they had to worry about, so why the hell didn't Ubisoft get the rights to the music for this REMAKE? It's like Nintendo remaking Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and replacing Green Hill Zone with generic, bland "rock". But if they couldn't have gotten the rights, NINTENDO would have made the music something that you could appreciate. Or why couldn't they have gotten the rights to the music from the 89 show or the superior 2003 show?
The music in this game lacks all type of direction and purpose. It doesn't pump you up for what's happening on the screen. It's just there. I could have made better music. I would have rather listened to L'il Wayne rapping in the background. L'IL WAYNE.
And here it goes. You know, I wasn't even paying attention to the music when I was playing the game. I'm talking to you guys (or at least SK and Syn because they would at least play). Yes the music is important, but it's not THAT important. I think docking this game for the 'clusterfuck' of stuff on screen and attacking issues is way more important than I would the music. I think you have your priorities a little out of order. But that's just me.

It's apparent that Ubisoft just got the license to make a quick buck off of an idiot like me, who thought "no way they can cluck up a legendary game that's already made". Well, they did. So hard. No one gave a clucking shiz at Ubisoft about making this game good. NO ONE, when there are so many fans who would pour their heart and souls into getting the chance to remake this. One of the best games of all time was given to a group of clucking bastards who should burn in hell for what they did.
If you want to be mad at Ubisoft, be mad at them for something that's a bit more steeper in importance. Say, perhaps the fact they are no longer working on Beyond Good and Evil 2? Seriously, that game was so freaking epic that my pants are still tight from thinking about such a wonderful game. Why on earth would you aim hatred at them for something that really wasn't so bad for something that is actually more serious in the world of gaming?

It would have been better if they released a port of the original arcade game for 10 bucks. I feel like I was cheated by Ubisoft on this game and I want my money back. And they WANTED to charge 15 bucks for this pile of horseshit.
End rant.
And I STILL think that for $10 it's not that bad. It's an extremely short game... and it's a perfect thing to play when waiting to do something else. SK and I played it just a few weeks ago while waiting to go meet a friend for dinner. And we were competing for points by the end. I won by 8.... freaking 8. It was pretty freaking epic.
I think you are hating this game for not being just like the SNES version. Had all your complaints been as bad as you made them out to be AND I had to pay the same price as I would those other games you made... yeah, I'd be just as angry as you.
