You know what I re-discovered about myself? I love capture the flag. Unreal Tourny GOTY edition tought me that many years ago... and a decent game hasn't come out yet that seemed to have brought out my CTF side (I'm sure it REALLY will when Perfect Dark hits XBLA). That is until last night. My GF asked me to get it, and I remember wanting to and just never really getting around to it.

Holy crap... this game is awesome. I was thinking that with very few PS3 friends, it would be rather boring, but even not knowing anyone I'm playing with, it's chaotic fun. It's pretty easy to pick up and go. There's many job classes you can change to, but only 1 that has any extra things to do other than either defend with your attack or bum-rush the enemy territory (unless you are a priest, then you just heal everyone you can. And that's the worker class. They can mine for metal and wood, which can be used to upgrade classes (each class gets a new weapon and attack) and you can also build a massive spring that'll practically launch you into the other castle instantly. They can also build spring boards for shortcuts and ladders to climb over the enemy walls (because you can't go through the doors without breaking them first... which takes a long time).

I spend the majority of the beginning of matches (some can be very long) as a worker until most of everything is upgraded (I'll also feed cake to the princesses as well). The worker can hold his own in battle too. Afterwards I usually stick with ranger. It's more damage than the magic casters, but still lets you stay away from most of the dog pile fights of which end in a bloody pool of body parts, of which you are usually a part of.

Anyways, I'm having quite a bit of fun with it as it has quite a few different game modes (believe it or not), and if you guys with PS3s (all 2 of you) want to hit it up, I'm totally game.

Think you could do a short Let's Play of this? Sounds wicked funny and I would like to see Lantis get decimated in an LP of an online game (since most LP's are strictly offline, y'know?) :P

I haven't played this game in a long time so my skills are a bit rusty. I mostly use Warrior and Ranger, screw mages. I'd love to get back to this game but Street Fighter HD Remix and the plethora of other games have diverted my attention.
