Darn it! I wanted to hear the rest of the smothering part! :shakefist
Anyway, the game seems to have lots of replay value, with all the gun and face part choices. I hope it comes for the Wii.

I'm about 90% possitive this is a joke.

The Onion ran a fake article (redundant) about a comically violent fake game called close range years ago. This chainsaw dealie is probably just another one. I could be wrong though.
