Megaran is a nerdcore rapper I've been listening to a lot of recently. I know a lot of you guys probably know about him, but I figured I'd share some of my favorites since the remix album of Black Materia(FFVII) is coming out. I wasn't into him as much at first since I'm still unfamiliar with a few of the Megaman games, but, around Forever Famicom I became hooked. I definitely recommend the Megaran albums for the Megaman fans, and Black Materia and Forever Famicom in general.

Let me know if I hit the wrong section for this. I figure it's pretty video-game related, but had a hard time picking a subforum.

I just can't wait for SOPA or Protect IP to pull down this stuff. We totally don't need creative rap geared specifically to gaming around here. Hell no. Specially if this had potential to harm Squeenix's monetary revenue (which I wouldn't know how that would be possible). We need to make sure they have all the money that can get to keep producing such great games like Parasite Eve 3.

The song about Tifa really makes me feel a lot better about Cloud. I really don't like how angst-y and emo he seems all the time, but that kind of puts him in a different light.

PE3... good GOD. I still haven't even bought it, despite really liking the first game(I missed the 2nd). Hopefully, all will go well considering that act with the amount of efforts going out right now. I'm considering doing the sympathy card rally and sending some to our congress reps for the death of the internet.

I felt that same way about the album. It makes Cloud a heck of a lot more likeable to have Random making him seem more relaxed and positive for the most part.

NO NO NO NO. That was sarcasm. They ruined the franchise with PE3. In fact, they did such a horrible job, that I went through the trouble making the longest video game review ever made showing how bad this game actually is. This game is the single reason* I gave up on Square.

I knew it was sarcastic, but I don't think enough negative crap can be said for what Squeenix has become. FFXIII-2 BARRRRRRRF. Though I've been at least annoyed since they ruined Brave Fencer Musashi on the PS2.

At least they took chances then. Now it's just what realistic western type game, trying to make a quick buck and failing from older game remakes, DQ, or Final Fantasy spin-off can they put out anymore. I guiltily admit, however, the Theatrhythm 3DS game makes me happy.



I must go watch this review!

I'd rather play Elite Beat Agents. Theatrythm looks like Square isn't even trying anymore. Not only are there several points where there isn't even music, but other times they just screen captured gameplay footaged or copy/pasted a cutscene for the game. So lazy.

And aside from more versions of FF13 and Kingdom Hearts which are 100% to suck, the only other game they are working on is, and I kid you not, Bravely Default: Flying Fairy.
