Anyone who hasn't picked this game up is missing out big time. Just borrowed an xbox and picked this up.

So, yeah, that's why I haven't been here.

I actually had it, and for the Xbox. Game of the Year Edition, at that. One of the few games that overwhelmed me with stuff to do. I wound up boring myself away from the game by trying to read all the new books I could find.

I haven't played that for quite a while.

The fact that Elder Scrolls gaming went from Daggerfall to Oblivion then to Morrowind didn't help me with liking the game. Meaning, because of the exploration allowed in the other two games, Morrowind turned me off with it's sorta linear exploration.

So the other Elder Scrolls don't have a linear story? Just exploration? I know Morrowind has a linear story, but there was also a lot of exploring to do, I thought.

I LOVE Morrowind!! My friend and I played it to death. I'm glad it doesn't have a game time clock or I might be upset with how many hours have been lost to that game.
I remember my friend showed me how to make some awesome spells and enchanted item combos that do some wild things. Like jumping from Seyda Neen and landing all the way in Dragon Fel
(or where ever you wanted on the map).
Good times.

I know this is a really old topic, but I just recently re-aquired Morrowind GOTY. This time, for the PC, as I was super-interested in the construction kit and the mods I've seen. I am wondering if anybody here could recommend some really good mods I can use. I've already got Better Bodies and Better Heads, so no need to recommend those.

Actually those two are really nice to have, because the poor seaming of body parts was a big put-off for me.
