I was surprised at this myself. Earthbound fans will be shocked.

I honestly don't remember there being lyrics in the ending theme.

Therefor, the fact that there was originally before its video game adaptation.. doesn't matter.

Not going to lie, though.. the song is very nice. Aside from extreme high pitched-ness that may have shaved years off my life.

If I recall correctly, Earthbound 0's ending music also had lyrics to it.

Oh wow, that's really nice. There was Pollyanna from EB0 which had a song in English done; however, it's also used as partial instrumentals in the song that plays in your house in Earthbound.
