Boy and his Blob. You have the city, and you have Blobonia. And you have the blob, who turns into various objects (ladders, holes, rockets, etc.) by feeding him jellybeans. Except ketchup-flavored jellybeans. Those don't do anything.

I suppose Snake Rattle N Roll also qualifies. You have a couple colored snakes in an isometric and colorful world. The goal of each level is to grow your snake by eating enough Piddlywinks, and weighing yourself on the scale at the end. (I think that's what they're called, but it's been a long time.) The Piddlywinks come in a variety of forms, ranging from walking to running to bouncing to flying (helicoptor-style) to swimming (in fish form). And each level has Big Foot, which is literally a big foot. You find treasures by opening manholes. There's also flying carpets. All this wierdness, and it's a fun game.

Killer 7, very strange indeed. You play as a hired killer who is in a wheel chair. He has 7 personalities; 2 white men, 1 black guy, 2 female, and 2 foreigners.

Silent Hill (all of them except for the fourth). Those are definitely games that fall under the WTF category.

I think Giromite it strange. You get to smush your self on one of them poll things.

You go around stretching things.

If you haven't played this game, you HAVE to. It's an RPG with the strangest translation ever. Even worse Zero Wing's - 'All your base are belong to us'.

Sounds cool. But I don't have my SNES anymore. Some stupid head mother of a kid that was babysitting stole it from me.

I must you, Duelpro, what is it that you find strange about the Zelda games? (Not trying to be argumentative; I am just curious, since an adventure/RPG kind of game would not normally be the first to come to mind when trying to name "weird" games with me.)

well. you play as a boy that doesnt have any parents, he sneaks into castles to spy on a princess. he hangs out with talking fish animals. he fights a pig boss. He gets involved with freaky animals. and there you go.

Well in that case, Super Mario Bros. We got an evil king turtle-dragon who's in love with a princess of a kingdom of mushrooms who's in love with an italian plumber who's in love with mushrooms that live off of steroids.
