I can't think of a better example than Protoman's Whistle Concert in the Megaman games.

Everyone knows that whistle. I have a download for you, too!

Can't say I've heard very many entrance musics. There's Bowser's entrance in Super Mario World. Um, there's the entrances of the Naval Pirahna, Raphael the Raven, and Giant Baby Bowser in Yoshi's Island if one were to count those. That's really all I can think of.

I'm going with a newer character.

Gant from Case 5 of Phoenix Wright. I was so scared that music would pop up when I didn't expect it. It seems so cheery, yet scary since it's Gant.>_>;;

I can just picture him clapping his hands right now listening to this. And some very scareh parts of Case 5.:X

I've never played that Megaman, I believe. However, I really liked that theme.:O
