That's interesting. I thought Sony was trying to get out of the handheld gaming ghetto. Now they're slumming for ideas? The irony is too great.

Not to mention, how come that game doesn't look as good as Nintendogs?

Nintendo should sue for stealing their ideas.
Did you notice there is also one for GBA?
What is up with these game developers and their mad puppy obsessions?

I remember there being a release of both Dogz and Catz on either the GBC or GBA, though neither were Japanese I don't think.

And most Japanese can't have pets like dogs, due to cramped apartments or something like that.

Besides, this is nothing compared to how many hamster games there are over there. Does the name "Hamtaro" ring a bell?

You can't sue people for stealing ideas. Well sony isn't really making it or publishing it. Its 3rd party ripping off a good idea.

Hamtaro's just about the only hamster game that came here (actually, I think we got two of them), and that's only because we also got the anime.
