Hey, fellow Magonians.

While I continue to try and get through FF4, it's time to announce my nominees for the fourth installment of my "GoldGlee Plays" series. Choices will be in the poll, and here are my reasonings behind them all:

Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga: Those of you that know me should know that I am a big fan of Mario games.

Harvest Moon: Totally random choice

Pokemon Yellow: Despite my hatred on Pokemon games, yellow happens to be my favorite color.

Soul Blazer: If the game is as good as Dyne claims, why not?

I'm surprised you have a copy of Pokemon Yellow, considering how much you dislike the games. I voted for it, simply because I'm curious to know what monsters you'd train. But if you wind up playing it, you might want to hunt down a copy of Nintendo's Player's Guide for Yellow. Game Boy RPGs have very basic storytelling and do a poor job explaining how the game works, and the Pokemon games are no exeption.

If Pokemon Yellow ends up winning the poll, I'd actually download it to my emulator. I didn't think game guides for Game Boy games even exist.

Well if you're going to emulate, anyway, I'd suggest playing one of the remakes on the Game Boy Advance instead. Either FireRed or LeafGreen. They don't have the bonus feature of Pikachu following you like Yellow does, but they're a lot more clear about the game mechanics (they don't explain your attacks in Yellow but do in the remakes), and they added a new area for the remakes. You'll have an easier time with one of them.

I also realized that this poll may be jumping the gun a bit. You're not even halfway through Final Fantasy IV.
