No Tingle visible in the trailer... looks good so far.

If you watched the direct, Iwata talked about how they've changed the Tingle based aspects of the game.

I did not. I would very much like to know without searching 40 minutes of video...

The Tingle Tuner has been removed, because it required the GBA and link cable.

And also, Iwata said, "I can't share the full details, but we have also made some adjustments to the game to help improve the overall tempo of the exploration." It's pretty ambiguous, but I'm willing to bet that that means you will be spending less time at sea, and probably also less time searching for the triforce pieces.

It'd be nice if the HD collection was based on their original vision of the game, and not the version that had to be rushed to completion due to deadlines. Didn't the original have two dungeons removed or something?

It'd rather have two dungeons instead of grinding thousands of rupies for Tingle.

Exactly. The grinding was probably filler to make up for the loss of those two dungeons.
