I read a recent news article that says that Disney has given exclusive rights to EA for future Star Wars games. Get ready for some more online only action from them. I'd post the link to the (or an) article, but I'm at work right now, so either you can wait for a link or take a look on google for it. Also, EA is coming out with Madden 25 (for the 25th anniversary of Madden) this summer and it's coming out for XBox and PS3, but not the Wii U. Wonder what the response that will be. They even made Maddens for the Wii, so I don't get this move.

Bioware is owned by EA. Bioware made one of the best Star Wars games of all time.

Here's hoping they feel like making a sequel.

Knights of the Old Republic came out in 2003, but Bioware released The Old Republic in 2011.
