A long, long time ago- before Minecraft was ever "finished" with final boss proper, etc- 2 Player Productions documented quite a bit of Mojang. The start was around when Mojang actually got office space proper.

Now, the actual documentary is coming out on Dec 23rd. I backed the Kickstarter, I'll be getting a copy, sure.

HOWEVER-

2P Productions is also premiering as a one-time-only live event on Xbox Live(Gold only)!
After this, the DVD will be available from Fangamer.

The premiere is on Dec. 22nd at 8 PM EST(5 PM PST, 7 PM GMT, 7 PM CST), and will be streamed on XBL.



It's pretty cool, since this will be the first film to do this.

Now, my question is- do some people wanna get in an Xbox Live party and watch this live as a group? I think it could be pretty fun!

From what I've seen of the documentary as a backer- it is SUPERBLY awesome. Did I mention C418(MC soundtrack) also contributes a ton to the documentary soundtrack? All that ethereal goodness fits the staging perfectly.

If enough people are up for it, I'll join. I need to get more use out of my Xbox anyway.

I made another engagement before finding out about this, and forgot until today. It may fall through though- so if it does, I'll get online ASAP. If not, it's worth watching even alone since it's free and all, but after the livestream is over- it's gone. They're simply choosing this avenue instead of say... like, an Indie film festival to debut it.

The times are posted above in about every possible timezone. Cool beans and all that. I imagine the stream would be under the video tab, but it will probably also make the Xbox Live front page in a huge icon or something like that.

I dunno if I'll be able to make it either I can't find my mic and I'm not entirely sure if the Blue Yeti will work with the xbox.

I'm actually free for it now. Plans fell through. Anyone interested? ANYMANDY?
