Basically, the gist is that the Japanese branch of Level 5 said a few weeks ago... basically that they'd like to see their other team take the lead on creating a game. And now this has been reported today.

Here's the most relevant part:

And interestingly enough, the Black Box tms and all that good stuff were taken out 5 years ago apparently. I'm personally curious to see what comes of this.:)
