This was a game that I had been keeping track of for a while. I love Monkey Island and although a new entry in that series is unlikely to happen, I'm glad Ron Gilbert is still out there working on adventure games.

I need to get a working External Hard Drive for my WiiU. I had two but they kept slowing my system to a crawl. Bleh

Of note, this is the very first Double Fine game on a Nintendo console at all. Pretty neat. Schafer actually tweeted for Shigeru Miyamoto to "please like it!"

I'm definitely interested. This is probably the only thing worth downloading on the Wii U shop.

At first, I thought this was the Kickstarter game- but it's not. I'm a bad, bad Kickstarter backer. Though I do need to catch up with their mini-docmentaries for their KS game.

Yeah, personally, the library of downloadable WiiU games is currently awful. I want to get this to support the console and to have an actual game to play. I know there's Trine and Little Inferno but meeeeeeh.

Well, I just found out that you CANNOT play this using just the gamepad.

That's pretty disappointing. I was looking forward to that feature.

The game is awesome, I love the puzzles and humor. But, man, why not have that feature? I'm glad to support the console and Double Fine but, hmm.

:/

You could always get the Steam version maybe? That really sucks though.

I already bought it. It doesn't bother me that much because the game itself is fantastic. I know the fifteen dollar price point may seem steep, but its worth it! I do have a Ron Gilbert bias though.

This also brings up another point and I don't mean to drag this on. A lot of these downloadable games I think NEED the Gamepad only option. Especially the ports, it helps differentiate from other console versions.
