... I am certain that Freedan was the name of the "dark knight", but wasn't simply "Shadow" indeed the name of the other form?

Yes, Shadow was the name of the second form. I was looking for Freedan, not Dark Knight.

Question 15: In Super Bomberman (For the SNES) what is the earliest point in the game that you can reach the max number of lives without using codes? How is getting the max number of lives achieved?

(The max number of lives is 9.)

Oh, and the answer to the last question was world 1 level 2. If you go to the Super Bomberman page on GFAQs, and go to cheats, you will find a secret by me.
