Beat MP1 on the Metroid Prime Trilogy, now working though MP2. When I'm not playing Metroid, I'm playing Rune Factory Frontier. Which is a great game for those who enjoy Harvest Moon gameplay. It feels very polished and it's quite fun to play through.

I've also played a hella lotta Dokapon Kingdom on the Wii. This is the best party game, period. We've been playing this for perhaps a month and we still love it. On the final chapter. I'm in last, but I think I still have a shot at winning.

What I really want to do is play Tales of Symphonia. I've already played through the game 3 times, but I'm itching for a fourth time through. I'd like to try and play more games I haven't finished yet, but the wait is killing me.

I'm playing Tales of Symphonia for the fourth time today. Just started and am heading to the fire temple.

I can't put my finger on why I like this game so much. Maybe it's because there's an arena with super tough cameo battles. Or tough hidden bosses. Or multiple difficulty levels. Or 8 different characters. I can't figure it out. Abyss is technically superior to Symphonia, and I even liked Abyss more than Symphonia....yeah, I don't get it.

I'm havng fun along the way, so I guess it's a moot point.

It's kind of interesting that we are both playing through the tales series at the same time. I had beaten Symphonia a bit earlier though, but it's still a good RPG. You might want to avoid Symphonia 2 though... that game was hard to put up with. You know, where you have to try and convence yourself that you like it when you probably don't.

Anyway, I've finished my Illusion of Gaia LP which means I'll be starting up Terrangima pretty soon. Also, I've started playing the .hack// series over again... it's been a while and it's due time for another play through. I know generally how frowned upon the series is, but I think it's a very unique RPG even with the randomly generated dungeons. Also, after beating Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, I was looking for another portable title to play. I ran across Shim Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor. I've never really gotten into SMT games other than Nocturne, and I'm not sure why because I liked it. Devil Survivor (for DS) is kind of a mix between a tactical RPG and a turn based RPG. Movement in battle is just like Final Fantasy Tactics, you control each unit and you have to move them around a grid based map into the enemy units, but once you reach them, you fight in an almost Dragon Quest or Earthbound battle. It is very unique, and I kind of like it... but we'll see when I clock a few more hours into it.

But back on Tales: About the only one I haven't played through yet is Vesperia, and I plan to pick that up soon.

I finally 1000'd Two Worlds. The thing that took so long (a year of sporadic gaming) was the "Visit All Locations" Achievement. There are a lot of locations.

19 camps
7 caves
8 cities
12 geographical points of interest
11 grave yards
24 landmarks
20 villages
98 teleports
227 mana sources
174 health shrines
124 underground caves, mines, tombs, etc
177 towers
100 road signs
609 ruins
388 tents/war tents
3 windmills
101 obelisks
...whew!

I ran around a HUGE world map for 15 hours just marking them on the map. I finally finished today, then I finally finally finally beat the endboss. The most tedious completion I have ever attempted.
I will never play that game again. Embarrassing truth is, I would likely get the sequel :(

I just finished Tales of Vesperia for the 3rd time. I still love the game, but I only got one new achievement.

@insultobot

Congratulations!!! :tup

I think you have actually outdone me in completing a game that NOBODY else has EVER completed besides yourself. My claim to fame was Dino Crisis 3 for the XBOX. For as much crap as that game was, and for as much crap as I assume Two Worlds was having been completely turned off by its demo after about 8 minutes, I too started to appreciate the game I played in its own way. I think it is like Helsinki Syndrome or whatever it is called.

Anyways, you went well above and beyond what any gamer can ever be expected to do by doing what you did with Two Worlds (that's one more world than total copies sold) :drums: . So congrats. You are true gamer (or truly insane) :party .

heh thanks
It was quite the ordeal!

I am currently entering the Field of Courage in Star Ocean: Second Evolution. My main party all sit between levels 85 and 94. The others are all around 60. Been keeping busy maxing proficiencies for Killer Moves and Spells as well as using Specialties to unlock character Talents. Not sure if I will ever finish my "master save" where all thing are max. Everything. Mostly because, I want to play again as Rena on Universe with just her and Claude as soon as I finish the Cave of Trials and beat the game with the endboss limiter off (currently on normal). But I also want to play as Rena and get Dias and Ernest. I actually never got Ernest, which is surprising considering I played this game at least 7 times to the end. We'll just have to see what I decide to do when the time comes :/

Funny thing is, I had every intention to never play the game. Unfortunately, I got my friend into the Tales series and since he's a completist douche, he bought it and I played the whole thing with him. I can't put all the blame on him, since I did voluntarily play the whole thing, but good god....what a waste of time that was. The crazy thing is he likes the game. Ugh.

Anyway, I've recently purchased and played through most of Time Hollow, a point and click adventure on the DS. It's a really good game. Unfortunately it's way too short. I'd love to purchase the sequel, should Konami ever decide to make one.

Just got back into Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

Addicted. My old save was gone so I started a new one as an Orc and I already dominated the Arena and killed off nearly everyone. However, my Conjuration and Destruction are terribly low.

I am playing through Final Fantasy VIII right now, which I haven't in at least four or five years. I am about to break into Galbadia Garden where I can tell Seifer and Edea in person that they can go **** themselves. By tomorrow, you will be able to call me SK the Evil Sorceress Slayer.

Ah, nostalgia.

I beat Borderlands a few days back. I am in NewGame+ and about 15 hours from doing it again. I already put 50 hours in my Hunter and haven't even tried the other three characters yet. I really do love this game.

Also, Lantis inspired me to make a list of games that I need to complete. I have 28 (out of nearly 50 titles I haven't finished) 360 games that I put on that list and only 4 are to be currently worked on at any given time. I am currently working on getting 100% in Arkadian Warriors, Borderlands, Duke Nukem, and Fable2. The first two are nearly complete. For Duke, I just need to play some deathmatch and raise my killcount, and for Fable, I need to play through the most recent DLC. I chose those four because of how near to completion they are.

I am a bit thankful for the list as it should help me remember that I have good games at home that need played before buying new ones at full retail that I don't pick up to play until well after they settle down in the thirty dollar price range.

I am also playing SO:SE still. That is a special case as I am maxing all stats and proficiencies for my party as well as reserve party. I usually switch between playing for an hour in bed and reading a chapter of my current book. This is something I always wanted to do so I am taking my time to try to not get burnt out on it.

I'm trying to finish up any games I'm playing at the moment in hopes of getting them done before L4D2 next week. I've been re-playing the .hack// series and am on volume 4. I've played and finishd both Brutal Legend and Uncharted 2.

Brutal Legend was a huge dissapointment. I was expected much more from Tim Schafer and Jack Black. I was hoping for a nice big bowl of crispy awesome, and what I got was a semi-soggy bowl of meh.

Unchared 2 on the other hand was awesome incarnate. Not saying you should rush out and get a PS3 just for this game... but if you do have one: Holy crap... get this game.

Anyway, L4D2 next week.

I went up against Chaos the night before in PSP's Final Fantasy I and could not outlast him. (Does he always cast a Curaja spell just when you are on the verge of defeating him so that all of your efforts so far are completely wasted?)

Just beat Fatal Frame III as well.

I have it too, I just don't see myself digging too deep just yet. And while I have you here, what the hell is your gamertag on XBL? Why are we not playing epic matches of whatever the hell our libraries have in common!?

I am doing well in Arkadian Warriors. About three quests from the end.

EDIT 11-13-2009
Well I have completed AW and Borderlands. I went in to DN but got my ass handed to my by the elites of old that still hang around. Guess I should just work on Fable2 until I find myself a boosting buddy for DN.

I finally got a copy of The World Ends With You. I have wanted to play this since it came out, but never had the cash to do so, and when I did, I couldn't find it. But now it's all mine!

I also have been getting into light gun shooters. I recently bought two Saturn Stunners and Virtua Cop 2.

Also recently bought:
SkyGunner (I've only seen it once at a game store, so I had to buy it. Plus, the demo of it was pretty fun.)
Disaster Report (Liked Raw Danger, bought the prequel)

And still playing my fourth playthrough of ToS.

I noticed something rather odd about this topic.....I've posted in this topic since it was first made. Back in 2007. Before Usuru was even released. How odd.
