15 is from Mario Paint? One of the premade songs in the music creator.

I want to say 16 is from Soul Blazer or Illusion of Gaia, but I can't tell.

Well yeah 16 is FROM Ocarina of Time... but the name of the MIDI is Nocturne Of Shadow, which Shiek teaches you to get into the Shadow Temple in the Kakoriko Village.

17: DCMC song from MOTHER3? I don't remeber it sounding like that, but that or the Runaway Five were the first things that came to mind.

I know 22 is from Earthworm Jim 2. I can't remember the level name, the one where you fly around in a stomach or whatever.

#22 is acutally the Moonight Sonata. It's been in Earthworm Jim 2 as well as Resident Evil 1.
