There is one or two times it does not.

Started playing it today. Yay! Just finished chapter 1. It has been far too easy, but I guess it's because I'm just starting. I'm enjoying the little comments tho, specially Morrigan telling Chun Li her classic victory yell feels too forced and Frank West and that other zombie slayer asking Hsien Ko for random objects from her sleeves. XD

The game isn't that difficult, unless you neglect healing, which you can do by items or skills, and by employing good use of solo and support units.

Heh, neglect healing. I already did that. And on the unit that matters the most, no less. -_-

What I did is give the accessory that builds 30% more XP to whoever has Tron Bonne as a solo. So if you have about 120 XP, you can blow it all on a bunch of heals with her, and then get back a rather large chunk of your XP since you still get an attack phase. A lot more so if you are close enough for an assist.

I was just unaware of special counters. XD
But yeah, it's nice to be able to use skills/open chest/use consumables and still be able to move and attack.

Anywho, I have been healing and using XP boosters. But the hilarious thing was, on the Gods Eater level where Soma's unit CAN NOT be killed, I was healing normally and had everyone pretty close. Boss gibbed Soma's unit in one special attack when he was at nearly full health. After that, I just steered Soma's unit away from the boss at all costs.

I'm thoroughly enjoying the game. While the combat isn't especially difficult, different weighted enemies does add some variation to the timing and the sheer about of skills you can employ is very nice.

Little late to this boat but I thought I'd give my vote for the game anyways >.<
