I'm double-posting because I would like DP to take not of my mistake.

It's actually not a bad game at all. Seems you can play with 5 other people at the same time, which was pretty fun.

It was a little over-kill to have a room you can walk around in while you wait for people to join, but that's a minor detail.

The biggest downfall of the game is how long you have to wait between songs. For Stepmania users, you are playing another song not even 10 seconds after the previous finished. Not so much here... And if you aren't hosting a room, you can't pick the songs... which also kind of blows.

But I guess it's not about how fast you can play... or even WHAT you play as it is competing... which I am not to totally keen on. But as I said, it was pretty fun.

This is true. Somehow or another, you gain levels for doing well. The higest level prerson I have seen was somewhere in the teens. After the first real day of playing I was at almost at 5. And you have to haggle with ppl. Some people won't ready up unless the host puts it on a song difficulty they want. Personally, I'd just kick these kinds of people out.

Oh, and remember that 'only pressing two keys at a time' prolem I am having? It has something to do with the keyboard. There was a thread in their forums that explains it in detail. Though, I'm a tad too lazy to get a new one.

k well.. I downloaded this last night and just finished trying it out

I played all the hardest songs and got 98% or higher on all of them... somewhere around 40 wins and 2 losses. not bad. its kind of fun, but it could really use some songs that are actually difficult.

the noteskins are neat too.. but I found one that looks like the one I use for stepmania and yeah.. since im used to it im using it XD

The another thing that grabs my goat is the fact that the end of a hold counts as another step. Not a HUGE deal... but something that I found awkward.

I've got a ways to go... but in my defense, I've been playing step games for all of 5 months... give or take.

I'm level 7 now.. just finished having like a sparring match with who seems to be considered the best player on there. he beat me 5 times out of 9 matches.. not too bad. Ah well. Now I have 72 wins and 9 losses.
