I like the Mario games, but my heart belongs to Klonoa 2. :)

For me, it's a tie between Mario Bros. 3 and Yoshi's Island.

Ratchet 3 probably comes in third.

Location: Out there. In that place. You know, with the "thing"
I'm gonna have to go with SMB3.

it was just...perfect. It did everything right. Truly a game ahead of it's time.

Though second place is a toss up between Mega Man Legends and Spyro The Dragon. I'd get the GBC and GBA spyros if I could find some used ones. Still need to get the next Gen ones. (hear they all suck though because Insomnic dropped the licence after Y.o.t.D)

As for MML, WTF IS TAKING CAPCOM SO LONG WITH MML3!? :cry GOD, those games are frikkin' SWEEEEEEEEEEEET.

third place goes to Tomb Raider. It was one of the only games I had when I first got my PSX WAY back in 97.' good times...good times.

Fourth is no contest. SUPER METROID. 'nuff said.

Fifth is a tough call...buuuuut....I'm gonna have to go with Star Tropics. If you have never played this game before, seriously go find a GOOD emulator and DL a ROM. (And by good I mean GOOD, the rom wont play properly on most second rate emu's. JNES seems to get it right if you want a place to start. ) when I first played it I was hooked. It has cool music, a deep plot, and can be very challenging. great game.

Sixtht lost to fifth, but it was almost another toss up! The game is MediEvil. You play an undead knight who has to stop an evil wizard from taking over your kingdom with OTHER undead monsters. Great fun, and can be very spooky. I liked playing it on Holloween! :party

I know there is/are alot of people who had a hard time with it, but I loved Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. (#7) I remember I got it one christmas when I asked for "The Legend of Zelda" :lol Parents... Still, I wasted countless hours wandering around the bigger palaces. I even made some nifty maps where you could over lay some other stuff I drew on tracing paper over the actual map and see proper routes, Items, or enemies. I even did a 15"x 22" map of western hyrule, showing all the secret heart container locations and stone henges. I don't have those any more though as i gave them to my cousins when I gave them my old NES and all my games when I up graded to a PSX. *kicks self repeatedly and hard*

Eighth is Super Mario World. It's eighth because I never owned a Super nintendo. hence all these nostagic feeling alot of you have for it I lack. It is a great game though, just not as good a SMB3.

Ninth is a cool little game that was a sleeper, and my sister reccomended to me. I'm glad that she did. Croc: Ledgend of the Gobos is like what would happen if a Spyro and Mario game mated and had mutant babies. It actualy resembles an N64 game more than it does a PSX title. worth a rental if you can hunt it down, worth a buy if you find it cheep in a bargain bin. (bargan bins are the best places to get cool games IMHO ^_^) It centers around a baby crocodile and him trying to save his magical little puffball friends from a wizard who has imprisend them...for some reason...which escapes me at the moment. The later levels make the secret levels in Super mario 64 look like a cake walk. :o

tenth: Sonic the Hedgehog. Realy I should have put him highter on list but like the SNES, I did not own a Sega Genisis, so it losses nostalgia points BIG time. I have the sonic mega collection though, and it rocks mildly. (I prefer the copy of Puyopuyo actualy) I'm the kind of guy that likes to get everything I can on the first run though of a game and that is not just almost impossible in a Sonic game, but attempting it is realy quite ill advised. It would take more rings to get all the rings then is worth it.

Eleventh: Kirbys dreamworld. I played the GB verson and beat it on my first try, IN ONE SITTING. Fun, but obvioulsy not challenging.
