Go to Angel Island and look for one of those swinging things. Jump on it and press Up Up Up Down Down Down Left Left Left Right Right Right. You should hear a ring sound. Press Start and press A. Go down to sound test and press Start Go to Mushroom Hill Act 1 and press start. Go to the first thing that helps you go up. Its right next to a Speed Up box. Jump on the right arm holder thing and press Up Up Up Down Down Down Left Left Left Right Right Right and press start and press A. Go down to sound test and highlight any level you chose and hold down A and press start. Debug is actavated, and is VERY useful!
