Yeah, yeah. I know- PSO doesn't have the greatest rep around these parts.

But I can't help but share my excitement at the upcoming Phantasy Star Universe. It looks very promising and exciting.

It's that game that's supposed to have a single-player campaign AND an MMOde, right?

Though, it doesn't have my interest unless there's more than one playable race. And if PSO is any indication, it won't.

PSO had races. It had android, Newman, and Human.

What's the big deal with playable races anyway? I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume your one of those guys who will only play elves.
Elves, elves, elves. I'm so figgin tired of elves. There are like five non-elves at the LARP I go to, and on WoW, they all play night elves. LARPs and MMORPGs might as well get rid of the human race, because no one ever plays it.

I hate elves.

I don't like elves, either. They're reverse-deformed humans with pointy ears. When I say race, I mean something that only resembles humans in that they're bipedal. You know, stuff like lizard men, or the Tauren from WoW. Or heck, let me control an actual beast like a dragon. Skrew humans, elves, halflings, drarves, and gnomes. I'm already a human in real life; I shouldn't have to play one in an online roleplaying game.
