I need to finish Last of Us soon because the ubiquitous content GTA V seems to offer is overwhelming. Like, Skyrim overwhelming. And then there's the online portion which looks insanely fun. Cinematic bank heists on an epic scale? Count me in.

You've actually made me kind of excited for this! I really, really didn't like GTA IV. And it was a total letdown and a huge shame.

As to why, I've been a fan of GTA since I was 10(I bet that explains so much, right?:P). My friend back then had Grand Theft Auto on the PS1. And we'd play and enter the cheats(well just like people do now). After that, I got GTA3, Vice City, and San Andreas and liked all those a lot.

So I am definitely hoping GTA V is the game to restore quality to the series.

Since there is online, I am assuming the Mag will be doing Xbox. Though I dunno if I even want to renew my Gold cause of the crap MS pulled. It depends, I guess.

I don't fret about Gold since I get my months for free cause of my Bingin'.

But I will be playing the PS3 version anyways.

Played a bit of the game last night and wow, the amount of detail in it is mind-blowing. The first hour of the game blows GTA IV out of it's surface-only water.

I admire what Saints Row IV does for the open-world genre, but GTA V is ambitious with smart and hilarious social commentary.
