The major console I owned last gen (Yes, already calling it last gen) was the PS3. I've accumulated so many games for that system; physically and digitally. I busted out my Wii a week ago and have been digging into the Marios and Zeldas. I've missed out on a lot of Wii games. With the Wii U, I can finally get back to Nintendo gaming.

Funny thing to note, I was the second person in line when the Wii came out.

I can continue my Wii gaming on a Wii U, so whats the point of still using it besides the GC compatibility? The way I see it, since I JUST played my Wii for the first time in months I might as well get a Wii U.

We shall see...

I'm thinking about it, too. I'm not overwhelmed with "gotta buy it now" until Pikmin 3 comes out. If it was a launch game, I would have beaten people with sticks to grab it.

I pre-ordered one like I said... but I dunno when it will get here. I hope it does soon. I could use the thing haha.

Though it sucks cause Wii U is all NO PRO CONTROLLERS ON MARIO. So stupid. So why-inducing. I dunno. I'm mainly getting it since I'm interested in 3+ games around launch, and because I refuse to stand in line again for a console in the cold.

After giving it some thought, I will purchase a Wii U (Deluxe sounds tempting) next week.

Yeah, they're pretty much sold out online.o_O I'd try Wal*Mart(shivers) or a big box store maybe. Gamestop already like, shortens stuff to pre-orders anymore.

I WILL get a Wii U. Eventually. I'm a hopeless Smash fanboy so I'll run and buy it when that game comes out. (Unless some other game manages to catch my attention before that!)

Bayonetta 2 is the only game I find worth playing, and it's not out till some time in 2013. I already have one Nintendo brand paper weight. I don't need another.

It is so exceptionally cool that you can play that thing on the screen in the controller. I mean, multi-tasking aww yeah. And I don't hog the TV then. I just beat Soda Jungle or whatever in Mario. It does remind me of like SMB 3 + SMW had a great, great, great child. The baby Yoshis are seriously fun. I though they'd annoy me since, well, y'know you used to be able to make them grow by feeding them, and carrying em might get annoying... but nope, it's fine. It would've been a cool twist if they could grow and they had slightly different power implementation, but it's all good. Right now they just serve as eating-machine tanks with little cool abilities.

Miiverse has been my favorite part so far. It's fun to draw and post, and it's kinda like a smaller tumblr. The doodles you find sometimes are hilarious.

Yeah, so far Im loving the system. I love Miiverse, I love the doodles and just the whole quaint community. And using the controller in combination with the tv screen is more fun than I originally thought.
