@Lantis We have like completely opposite viewpoints about the entire game. I remember the block puzzle, and I also remember not being able to figure it our for quite some time, but I also remember not having any trouble with said puzzle after first talking to the guy. I didn't use a guide, and had no problem figuring out how to beg him to give me the password, and I did write the password down when I got it.

You seriously tried saying PLEASE five times in a row, all on your own?

The guy clearly tells you to say "please" and after you do it the first time, he says "Say it one more time" and then "Three more times." Either you didn't read what he said... or you just don't get it?

He even tells you to write the password down before he gives it to you...

Apparently I missed something, but that still doesn't excuse how horribly ridiculous the entire situation is. It's still f*cking retarded as hell and has no place in this game... or any game for that matter.

For the record, I quit after Chapter 2 for the gameplay reasons Lantis brought up. Retracing steps sucks.
