I can definitely appreciate the boss battle theme from the second Lufia. It wins many epic awards. It was definitely hard to keep that one out of my own list.

I have to say, though, on the other hand, I personally thought that the battle theme with that fat kid from Earthbound that you posted so high up on the list is truly one of the worst and most garbled pieces of music in gaming history. One man's crumpled up and easily forgotten music sheet is another man's work of musical genius, I guess.

And you would know musical genius, protector of PRETTY angels? One man's pretty angel is another's ugly angel. Yup.

... And one man's ugly angel - like those two words even make sense being put together - is another man's inability to get out of my life and SHUT UP.

The final battle theme (battle with the fat kid, as you so eloquently put it), is not actually on the list. It's just part of the mental 2nd place. But you're wrong, it's awesome.

And what's so wrong about me wanting videogame music played at a wedding? I am a gamer. I love games. Games are a part of my life. I'm not ashamed of it.

Nothing to be ashamed of, no. ... But it's still humorous to me. Besides, I forgot the fat kid's name.

Though seeing a NES game on current gen consoles would be cool. I wonder, though, if it would be better that way... or do what Megaman 9 did and go 8-bit again.

Star Tropics 3 would blow my face off. If Kid Icarus can get a sequel, then this should.
