If you have the PC version of Halflife 2, I'd HIGHLY recommend getting this...

I don't have HL2, but if enough people were interested, I would shell out for it.

It doesn't require HL2, it just requires that you have a game that runs on Steam, that uses the HL2 engine. If you have that game installed, you can download the HL2 map package thing which allows you to play Goldeneye Source.

I played the Beta when it first came out... I only have Portal which allowed me to play it.

Actually, I don't have steam... the PC version I have was from the Orange Box. Meh, we'll see.

Also, I can't believe the ammount of detail they've put into the mod. I mean, the Complex even has those fake walls you can walk through. I really am impressed with their work.

All of the levels are actually exactly the same as they were in the N64 version, except some levels have bonus areas that were only available in the story mode of the original.

The Archives level (always been my favorite) includes the original areas, plus it includes the library and outside area that could only be accessed during the story.
