Yup I have the game. It's great!

I would say that it is an incredible game making tool. Over 50 premade levels to grab all of your building goodies and see examples of how to use stuff.... so fun!

The 50 levels that the developers made can get pretty challenging, but its worth it for the cool tools you earn. I really didn't get into the level making yet, only because I want to earn as many building materials as possible.

I'll definately pick this up soon. Hopefully we can put links to the levels we all make here in this thread to share with one another.

I think I under-estimated the complexities involved with trying to create anything remotely functional (I'm tryin' to sound like a smarty pants. )

Anyways, that aside. I am having a hard time trying to create a hot air balloon, and with the physics system and materials involved, its a bit harder than it sounds. I'll try to put a pic in later.

There are nuts, bolts, springs, strings, elastic... and thats just a fraction of the tools. Also anything you can imagine made out of sponge, rock, metal, glass... just to name a few. I don't have time to link a U-tube vid or anything (Sorry ), but type in anything Little Big Planet, and you'll see a ton of neat creations already.

*Sigh* I love this game.

Just got into the level editor, craaazzy stuff! Man, it's trial-and-error if you're just starting.

I'll be there soon guys. I hate and love this time of year. So many new awesome games out at one time.

Oh, btw... here's a game save that has the completed storyline levels... I assume that means all the parts you can use in level editor will be open then.

This game really got my attention, but this seem disappointing.

Yes, fans are in uproar about that.

I'm actually going to hold off on this because of the present issue.

Even if you make a level that contains such material... it's a f*cking platformer. That's like Ix deleting every single game here at the Mag (RPG Maker 1 through VX) that has any reference to something not 100% original.

I'm going to wait until this clears up... if it never does, well... then I guess they aren't getting my business.

The issue has been cleared and LBP is back to normal. To rejoice, many costumes are up for download including Street Fighter and the new highly anticipated MGS4 pack with a paintball gun! I have a total of six levels, the play count may be low but nevertheless I'm still happy with my creations.
