Maybe it would be best to have a sub forum for "particular topic's" Or "Not particular"

Then it would make it easy to mod the forum for the topics that "do" matter.

I think the spam hammer should have no rules. It's spam, proper "discussions" aren't supposed to take place. It's supposed to be a palce of stupidness and randomness. That's what a "spam" forum is.

The definition of spam is off-topic, irrelevant posts. What has been going on in the spam forum is exactly that. The way the spam forum is now, you may only post spam if the spam your posting in on-topic with the original poster's spam, so in other words, you can't really post spam, since what you post has to be relevant to the original post.

The exception is threads where there is no topic. Then you can post whatever you want. This is spam.

So in actuality there's two parts of the "spam" forum, the non-spam topic driven disscusion part, and the actual random irrelevant spam part.

Why don't we have just one single topic in the Span Hammer and just spam? If we are not going to have any kind of discussion there since it's not spammy enough, what would be the point of having more than one topic there?

If there's only going to be one single spam topic, then why not just put it in the chat forum? Let everyone post whatever in that thread, rather than have a whole forum for only 1 spam thread and a bunch of topic-driven threads.

On that idea, why not just merge all the spam threads together and make a spam thread sticky in the chat forum? Then people can spam to their hearts content whenever they wish, and we can watch it grow to astronomical size.

After all, if a spam forum is an actualy spam forum, and nothing is relevant and everything is off-topic, then you might as well jsut put it all in one place neat and tidy rather than have dozens of spam threads in a spam forum.

I don't know if Ix is going to want to include the Yiff porn in with the chat forums. I don't know.

I do think there should be maybe 3 types of chat though.

1.No spam
2.Light spam
3.Heavy spam

Yeah, but Ixzion already said there are rules for the spam hammer so it won't be a 'pure' spam forum but it will be 'spammish'. If you can have 'spammish' forums you can certainly have 'particular spammish' and 'non-particular spammish'.
