Can you still have custom titles?

If so, I can't seem to find out how to change it. Any help?

It didn't mesh with the new forum upgrade, so it had to be scrapped.

It may be back someday, but summer's ending for all the staff, so we don't have as much time anymore. That's especially why I did the upgrade so early.
