rpg maker pavilion has emailed me and threatened me to remove all games off the webiste that were not developed by me saying that i never got any permission to host them. I did ask,but no one remembers so without further to do I removed all games frommy site except my games. So if you have any exclusive games on this site from pavilion you may think of removing them or be forced to remove them like me. I hope to have many game submission to this site, and I am happy to be devoted to this site due to all your help and what not. so all are welcome to come to my site and I will host whatever games you want me to for the xtra advertising cause i want to play them too, and I want everyone to get thier creativity out. I am ssonly adding another version of lsl8 that has an extened ending which may after work in progress is done be made it all depends how the game does as i don't know how many people out here like it. so check my site out when you want and thanks all who have played my demos and games thus far.

Um, sorry but I think you're overreacting a bit. As I understand it nobody's forcing you to take down people's games or your own, and there's absolutely no reason to take games down from the Pavilion. If there's a problem, contact the people whose games are on your list to reconfirm that they wanted their game on your site, and show the proof to Valk. I'm sure most of them can be contacted in one way or another.

I didnt threaten you. I told you you should secure permission to host games on your site, or take them down. just getting random games off other websites and putting them on your site without their creator's knowledge or permission is just not cool. and its especially not cool to say that all these people said it was okay, and that you just happen to be the only one that remembers it.

you had games that were, and are exclusive to the pavilion there (and some that were exclusive to the mag). thats what proved that you never got permission for them. Eternal Retardia 2 was the big tip-off. John Mora is one of my best online friends, and I know that the Eternal Retardia games are only supposed to be at the pavilion. I confirmed this with him last night before e-mailing you.

you didnt have to take the games down. what you SHOULD have done was just contact their creators and ask if you could host their games. all I said was that I had notified game creators, and if you didnt get permission for every game you had on your site, I would inform angelfire that you were hosting stolen software, which you were. I was simply trying to protect the rights of the talented game creators in the RPG Maker community. I'm sure most people would take extreme offense to finding their games on another website without their permission, especially since a few games were credited to the WRONG people.

The mag operates on the same principles that the pav does. neither site will upload something unless its submitted to us by the creator. both the pav and mag have every right to host the games that we do.
