Magonian Mentorship Program.
It's started to help new posters that we might otherwise not get along with integrate into the community and teach them to be contributing members of the forum, well ... as contributing as anyone else anyway. It was the brainchild of Regal and Lantis (I think), and so far Lantis is KittyKickers mentor and Regal is Be@uty_Queen's mentor.
The idea is that we don't want to be tyranical and have to ban peopel because we like people and if people like OD can go from total n00b to Head of Site Apprentice then everyone deserves the best chance we can give them.
