i don't know much about seahorses but i would think they are part of the reef communities. he could be from australia *shrug* have some kind of native australian name ^.^

yeah. did you see the "weedy sea dragon" part on the wiki one?

the other two links wern't as much help. especially native fauna club one >_> but the scientific fish names could always prove some inspiration.

Weedy Sea Dragons are called: Phyllopteryx taeniolatus

and are apparantly the only member of their genus ^.^ sounds like a rebel to me.
