it's the same person though, so why would that person's signature change just because their gender did? I think it would still be legal, though it's unusual.

Actually I was referring to the fact it would then be a homosexual marriage (sort of). Which is banned still in many states.

Something I don't agree with, but doesn't stop the fact is isn't allowed.

Well homosexuality may not banned, but they can't get legally married, or even a civil union in most.

This happens in most states here. This state doesn't allow it but will legalize marijuana
