nah, seriously, its to do with tornadoes or something, out at sea, that lift up bodies of water that contain fish.

NOTE; not canned fish.

I have heard about some story along time ago that it rained from somewhere, I dont know if it is true though, but it ia possible due to the fact that rain and moisture come from clouds, and frogs that were in water could have been mysteriously caught with it and rained down. :?

It's true.
It was in a movie.
Cohen brothers movie?
Can't recall.

But, they stole it from a real incident, in which a tornado picked up a load of toads, and were jetisoned so many miles to a nearby town.
Not sure if there were alot of toads, but toads did in fact rain from the heavens.

Yeah he's right, the toads were in that tornado. I wonder what would happen if money and food were picked up by the tornado.
