I saw the first episode of Boondocks, via download, and wow, was I amazed. The main characters, Huey and Riley Freeman, are young activists pointing out all of the nation's biggest issues (racism, etc.), and despite their age, they won't hesitate to drop the N-bomb. Also note that some recognizable stars voice these characters. Regina King (Legally Blonde 2, Miss Congeniality 2, Friday) does the boys, while Joh n Witherspoon (Friday series, Wayans Bros) does the voice of the grandad, and they both do them quite well.

Ok, before I ramble off, I urge all of you to see this series, which is based off the comic strip of the same name. I believe that this is one of the first, if not, the the first M-rated animated I've seen on Adult Swim. It might turn a few stomachs, but the material is funny funny funny. I'm going to see the second ep. this sunday at 11 p.m. eastern time. I hope you all do too.
