So, about a week ago I picked up a capture device. After about a week of playing around with it and getting it to work/getting the best quality out of it, I'm ready to start doing some LP's! This is my first real shot at doing this, so let me know what you guys think of it.

Unlike Draygone though, I'm not going to be taking requests. I did this game just because I enjoyed it so much. I'm not even sure if I'll continue making LP's for rpg maker. We'll see.

So, let's play.....Daniel's Quest III:



Daniel is living a peaceful, married life in the land of Nevernear. But when the Stone of Destiny goes missing, Daniel answers the call for an adventurer and swears to King Donald he'll find the one responsible. But can he successfully juggle the careful balancing act of being and adventurer and a loving husband at once?

This is my first stab at doing a let's play video. Any comments and feedback is welcome.

First off, let me just say THANK YOU for doing this Let's Play of Daniel's Quest III. When you sent me the PM about it the other day, I was floored and very excited, of course.

I feel like I have been on a journey with you for these last few years 1ce. Ever since the demo came out and you played through and reviewed the game, I have really appreciated all of your help and comments regarding this game. In case you all don't already know this, 1ce rocks!!

I have watched the LP twice so far, and can't wait for the next one.

You have me laughing out loud several times with your "special" comments
about:

-the fact that I had written "What's that honey?" instead of "What's that, honey?" (never gave a thought to that alternate meaning).
-the stick of destiny, and the well-known rock of destiny
-good ol' Alwaysfar, the sister country to our hero's land
-the fact that I had the words Daniel's Quest III appear just a few too many times

It really is such as special treat to see the game through someone else's eyes like this. Things I never would have thought of come up, and a Let's Play like this makes it so personal.

About the teasers at the beginning of the game:
-Vonwert, the creator of Whispers in the Woods, and Perversion, the creator the "Series" games, were both very helpful to me in my game-making. Whispers in the Woods was the first RPG Maker 3 game I'd every played after getting a Max Drive, and I loved every minute of it.

Glad you got the special soil in King Donald's too!

Dude, you sound very similar to Captain Sparklez. But yeah, I'm glad you're LPing, man. Your audio is a little low though. I kind of forgot that I turned my speakers up after twenty minutes and then just about went deaf when I watched another video. Scared the crap out of me too, lol.

I would have loved to get the next episode up sometime this weekend, but I'm having technical issues. I can't get sound out of iMovie, and I can't even get Quicktime Player to work. I'll try and get a new episode up soon. Please stand by.
