Get an X-port or a Max Drive. X-port connects your PS2 to your PC via USB port (you don't have to have your PS2 connected to a TV, it just has to be sitting by your PC), while the Max Drive is a USB flash device that simply can be moved between your PC and PS2. Be careful, as either one can corrupt your data (and Max Drive has been known to completely destroy a whole memory card if you use a couple specific options), so make sure you back up your data when you do anything with them.

And those are the only options you have.
