Looks like RPG Maker 1 is making a little come back, with some tinkering being done on old projects!

Completely unrelated to any other work - mostly related to the fact that I have a new camera to play with - I have been making some videos of my own.

When I became bored and/or frustrated with RM2, I would dabble with a few experiments with RM1. One of these things was making some changes to "Defenders of Light". Although I've said many things, this game will never be complete to my satisfaction. Plus, it is calming to rework something that is already complete and working.

DoL will not be getting updated, remastered, reworked, or re-released. The work made was as an experiment only, and I'll release a video or two soon.

However, that being said, there was another project that I stared:

Tentatively titled, "Choose Your Own Adventure".

The concept is that the player will make choices along the way in a semi-linear path towards some goal. Each choice will affect things that occur later, and/or allow more choices / actions to be taken. There will be collectables, custom sprites, and multiple paths, endings, and lose scenarios. Re-playability, discovering each outcome, would be a goal to achieve.

Not much progress has been made, and a video will be released soon.

Periodically, I will upload videos with random RM1/RM2 projects. Might make a video where I go through the process of making a Mini Game in DoL:T3W.
