Interesting game... somehow this doesn't surprise me.

This remind me of some old games I've played in the past

This game owes alot to "Mister Driller", and some of the old school 90's arcade girlie games. But I tried to incorporate characters, personality and fun factor into the mix.

Damn! Awesome looking game, Dave! And you can't beat bountiful boobies!

The Skeeterman demo is not ready yet, but when it is, it'll be available for download via link on the mag. there's still a butt load of bugs and programming on the entire 3rd level.

Is "SD Paradise" for rpg maker 2 still in production? well...yes and no.
worlds 2 and 3 are actualy made, and the script is written.
BUT...... each world has to be COVERED in hundreds of single jump events that take EONS to program and test and retest. In an odd way i kind of shot myself in the foot by making a complex jumping platform engine that i knew would take forever to complete for each world. i'm kind of sad to say that it's so time consuming that i put it on the back burner about 8 months ago, to work on other games and art projects that would not cause me to fall asleep durring production, or smash my head against the tv screen when a jump doesn't turn out right.
rpg maker 2 is a clunky and complex engine that is a true testement to skill and patients. enterbrain themselves will also tell you that, LOL.

but SD Paradise is a damn good game, and it holds a special place in my heart. i promise that i'll complete it someday. rpg maker 2 will always be there. hell, people still make rpg maker 1 games and we're up to 3 now, so it's never to late to blow the dust off these old engines. so yeah, i'll pick it up again someday. that fact that people still ask about that game is enough to motivate me again sometime in the future.

I can understand that. I'm still making my RPGM1 games, and I started them around the time you released Bush's Cocaine Quest.

That's what you get when you buy cheap memory cards that delete your saves, and no dexdrive to back it up.
