Here's an obvious question I have not seen addressed in the forums...

With it's Big Fancy Processor and all, does RPGM2 have any better performance in terms of overwhelming the Playstation Hardware and making everything go blurry when too many VFX are on a map?

That is a Hardware issue, and not inherent in the software, right?

If anyone could compare, and report back, I'd be grateful.

I'm in no position to buy a PS3 just yet, but if it improves the performance of RPGM2... I'll start saving!

Thanks to anyone who can research this for me!

Peace.

I believe it was mentioned that it was a software issue, but I could be wrong on that.

Well...

I had a response at Doan's from somebody who checked and said it still did it, so I guess it's in the software.

I don't see how, but it must be! I really thought it was overstressing the processor. Now I have no idea what causes it! (maybe it's refresh rate or sampling rate is set in the software, not the hardware) (I know nothing of Modern Programming!)

Thanks for the reply.

The software was programmed to do that so it wouldn't strain the hardware at the time.
