If I'm plaing on making a goddess, would she be called a Lord, Queen, Emperess? I don't know if a female could be called a lord?

Anyone know?

If she's a goddess, does it make sense to call her by a human title? Unless the story and plot allows it, of course. Just think 'Saint' or something like that would make more sense.

I think the female version of Lord is Lady... isn't it?

I'd vote for "Lady" as well (as far as the female version of Lord)

Why not just say "the goddess ________" Fill in the blank with her name? That would work.

It would be Lady, as the others said. However, in Fire Emblem, one of the main characters, Lyndis, is called a Lord. But that might just be the game's default rank for main characters and they could not change it up.

If this Goddess is all powerful, she can call herself whatever she wants including a Lord.

If you want to call her Lord, why not be nontraditional and go with it? You are the creator and innovator so it is your decision.

Can a female be a Lord?

No.

A Lord (Indefinite Article) is a masculine gender identifier, as pointed out above.

The Lord (Definite Article) however, is gender independent!

According to all those fantasy books set in medievI've read, the term indeed is Lady.
And I agree, if she is a goddess, she can make herself have any title she wants. ^^
