STORY:

Judas worked for the Roman Goverment. Not only that, he
was also a friend to the Easter Bunny. A fiend who wants nothing
more than Jesus's death. Now after his resurrection, Jesus
is back and wants revenge.

"Let anyone among you who is without sin be the first to kick ass."
-Jesus

(NOTE: I need a Jesus and an Easter Bunny sprite :P)

Did you really just steal a line from Family Guy?

*sigh*

And if you need sprites, you'd better get busy as I doubt anyone will take the time to contribute to.... it.

Tough? It's not hurting my feelings that you are trying to spawn an entire game from a punchline from a cartoon.

But that aside... how many games are you "working on" anyway? And I thought it was determined that we don't post new threads about games until they are a good way into production.

Unless I'm mistaken, that is.

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me.
DP, do you have proof that this really exists?

I'm also still curious of that number. He has to have more games "in progress" than any RM user ever.

Here are a few screenies. This takes place at the beginning b4
the gameplay starts. Also, i may have a lot of games in progress
but i see no problem in that. If theres a limit on how many games a person can make, than i apologize. I'm doing fine with the games i'm creating.
Sure some of them haven't been worked on in a long time. But still
i'll do my damnest to the release them. I want to create a a nice
collection of games so i, and others can enjoy. I can't forgive myself
if i only have 1 game created. And well since im lazy, i'll just
go ahead and stop typing. And the number of games? LOL. i gotta check on
my old list that i made of the games i'm working on.

Judas did not work for the Roman government. He was one of Jesus'
disciples, a close friend of Jesus who followed Jesus' teachings. He
betrayed Jesus during a moment of personal weakness. When a story
says that "a Judas" betrayed someone, that means that a friend the
person trusted betrayed him. After Judas betrayed Jesus, he killed
himself because he realized what he'd done.

Judas didn't want Jesus dead. The people wanted him dead because his
teachings were so radical at that time. The people--particularly the
corrupt religious leaders who Jesus was always confounding with his
wisdom--wanted Jesus dead. They stirred the people into a frenzied mob,
who pressured Pontias Pilate (the King) into ordering Jesus's execution. If
my memory serves correctly, Pilate offered a pardon to a criminal each
year. Under pressure from the religious leaders, Pilate said, "Okay, I can
pardon the ruthless criminal Barabas, or I can pardon the radical teacher
Jesus." The people chose Barabas, and they were so adamant about this
that if Pilate chose to pardon Jesus, he would be facing a bloodthirsty
mob. Pilate was in an impossible situation. He knew that Jesus was
innocent and had hurt no one. But the choice had already been made for
him. He had to reluctantly order Jesus's execution (after speaking with
Jesus about it, I believe).

Easter marks the death and resurrection of Jesus, a grand scale sacrifice
for the collective sins of all mankind. The reason why Jesus went into the
garden to plead with God to not go through with it is because he knew
what he'd be suffering. The penalty for the sins of all mankind. Death.
Not only death. A thousand deaths. A million billion deaths. Every sin
imaginable, he took upon himself, and he suffered the wages of sin
(spiritual death) to bridge the gap between mankind and God. To create a
way that all men and women could be saved from that fate. In the end,
God did not relent. His decision was made. Jesus had to do this if
mankind was to be saved from its own evils. And Jesus obeyed God and
did what had to be done.

The sacrifice of Jesus is the most profound thing that ever happened in all
of history. And three days later he rose back to life because he's
invulnerable. He had suffered a billion spiritual deaths many times over
and bridged the gap between God and mankind, providing a way for men
and women to once again be close to God.

He sought no vengeance for his death. There was nothing to avenge.

This also sounds like a Robot Chicken clip...
Crythania: What you said is very much the truth, but I think it's very safe to assume that DE has taken a "few" creative liberties.

Crythania, that was very well written. Good job.

DuelExpert, I have RPGM 1,2, and 3. This actually makes me want to get XP, but there is really no chance of that.

I love when one fictional story inspires another fictional story.

Actually, you don't have to have RMXP to play a game... unless you were talking about MAKING a game with it, that is.

I didn't know that. Do you just download the file to your PC and open it?

Yep. Though you have to install a program from RMXP's site. The Runtime Package (RTP) is a utility that compresses games, but also allows them to be ran without RMXP's software installed on your computer.

http://www.enterbrain.co.jp/tkool/RPG_X ... nload.html

You can get it there. It's not an actual interactive program... basically it just installs the DLL files needed for the game to run... nothing more.
