Same way as you would any other game. Use a zipping program like Winzip.

Ty.

I made a monster event where a battle is triggered. But how do i make it reappear when a player visits the area where the monster is without it starting over again after the player wins? Any ideas?

Are you asking how you can make it so the events disappears after beating the enemy and then reappears when you leave and come back to the area?

I'm using RM1 logic here, but I believe it works with XP too...

Turn a switch on after the battle that says that the battle is done and won't start again. then set the events to leave the map so that the switch is turned off when you leave.

In RPGM1, the easiest way to do that (and not waste a switch) is after the battle ends, turn off the event graphics and then input Event Status -> Unable to Execute. Same effect, no switches. Resets the event after you leave the area automatically.

Dunno if this is any advice for XP, though. There oughta be something similiar.

Last I checked, RMXP doesn't have an Unable to Execute command, so facts answer is the way to go. Just turn back off the switch when the player leaves the room.

Theres an even easier way. View the attached screenshot.

If you can't read it, or need help understanding, then do the following:

1. On the event you need to work on, start a new option thing.
2. Select "Erase Event".
